Sunit heads Hunt Partners Family Enterprise practice. He is an advisor to several Indian business houses and MNC’s on matters of Succession Planning, Board Advisory and Governance.
He has co-authored the India Board Report, India’s foremost research paper on Corporate Governance in conjunction with the CII, PWC and AZB. Sunit is a founder member of the Indian Association of Corporate Independent Directors (ACIND).
Sunit is closely associated with Katalyst, an NGO that focuses on women in STEM, to bridge the socio- economic gender gap and build women leaders. In its 15th year since inception, the Katalyst program currently has over 2500 alumni and students, who are being funded, mentored and trained for corporate success.
Sunit serves on the global board of United Way (MAC), the world’s largest philanthropic organization. He is ex-Chairman United Way of India, an entity that currently donates in excess of INR 700Cr. He has in the past held positions of Chairman – United Way Mumbai, Vice Chairman-American Chamber of Commerce- Mumbai and Treasurer-Wharton Alumni Association of India. He is a global winner of the prestigious World of Difference Award – TIAW LISA Sunit received a business degree in Marketing Management from the Wharton School, and a degree in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Priyanka is a specialist in Leadership Consulting and Advisory, with two decades of experience covering the not-for-profit and philanthropy sector across Asia and Africa.
She is recognized for her capability in leading and building not-for-profit organisations. Previously she was a highly specialized executive search consultant, having successfully led CXO level searches and non-executive board positions for organization in the private philanthropy sector, international non- profit organizations, family foundations, CSR, and sustainability sectors in emerging markets. Priyanka also advises the private sector in recruiting for CSR talent and Advisory Boards in-country.
She has been passionate about her work in building lead ship critical mass for the social sector, which according to her is a key enabler to create impact at scale. Over the years, Priyanka has been advising numerous family businesses and private philanthropies across the world in designing their leadership and talent strategy for sustainable impact efforts.
Priyanka received her master’s degree in social work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Mumbai, India) and a bachelor’s degree in history from Lady Shri Ram College (New Delhi, India).
