The Scion Programme
A 40-hour transformative journey designed for inheritors of business at the cusp of taking over their family enterprise.
The programme has been co-designed in partnership with SDA Bocconi School of Management (Italy). In addition, internationally acclaimed academicians from across Europe and North America form an integral part of the exciting faculty line-up.
The cohort will also have the opportunity to interact one-on-one with authors, advisors, and pioneers of family enterprises, both in India and Milan, sharing their perspectives around family governance and wealth, leadership transition and succession planning and the dynamics of family enterprise system.
The programme will enable the cohort to better understand the unique nature of multi-generational family enterprises and how families globally are modernizing themselves to stay competitive in this new age and beyond!
